Operations Support Associate

Summary As an Operations Support Associate based in Camarillo, you will help ensure smooth day‑to‑day store operations by processing deliveries, maintaining organized stock rooms, and supporting inventory accuracy. This primarily back‑of‑house role focuses on receiving, tagging, restocking, and executing RFID scans to support floor replenishment. The position may also include supporting the sales floor and assisting customers as business needs require. Responsibilities Process incoming freight and shipments, inspect for damage, and verify packaging Execute RFID inventory scans and complete ISOS replenishment activities Retag merchandise, apply EAS/RFID tags, and process markups/markdowns Manage ship‑to‑home orders and store‑to‑store transfers Support sales floor with stock checks, merchandise delivery, and maintaining presentation standards Assist with visual merchandising, fitting room upkeep, and general store recovery Requirements Back‑of‑house or retail operations experience preferred Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs., climb moderately, and maneuver throughout store areas Comfortable working with tagging systems, RFID technology, and basic POS tasks Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with store team members #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
