Family Nurse Practitioner

Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to provide and manage a high standard of healthcare for patients in Aurora, CO. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

* **Provide comprehensive primary and family healthcare services to patients across the lifespan.** * **Perform health assessments, physical examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.** * **Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.** * **Order and interpret appropriate laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies.** * **Prescribe medications and treatments within state and federal guidelines.** * **Provide preventive care, health education, wellness counseling, and screening.** * **Develop individualized care plans in partnership with patients and their families.** * **Educate patients about diagnoses, medications, lifestyle changes, and preventive health.** * **Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.** * **Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough electronic medical records.** * **Coordinate care and make appropriate referrals to specialists and other healthcare professionals.** * **Collaborate with the broader clinical team to ensure safe, high-quality, coordinated care.** * **Participate in quality improvement initiatives and help continuously improve the patient e** xperience.

Requirements:

• NP or PA Board Certification with primary care, family medicine background.

• Current, valid and unrestricted Colorado medical, ARNP or PA license and valid DEA number.
