Job Summary
This position is for a Step Down Unit registered nurse located in a healthcare facility. The role involves providing patient care on a step down or telemetry unit, utilizing skills in progressive care or medical-surgical nursing. The nurse will be expected to deliver high-quality care within a fast-paced, acute care environment, adhering to all unit protocols and patient safety standards.

Job Details

• Position: RN Step Down (PCU) Specialty
• Shift Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: RN license, current Nursys license verification, Driver's License or State ID, Epic EMR experience, completion of Step Down (PCU) specialty exam and skills, at least 2 years of PCU or Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care experience, and related travel experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a high-acuity setting, proficiency in electronic health records, strong clinical assessment skills.
• Additional Information: This role requires float within the onsite skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed. The assignment start date is 09/27/2026, ending on 12/26/2026.
