In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care across multiple hospitals, supporting diverse adult patient populations. Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. You’ll adapt quickly to different units, prioritize safety and infection prevention, and support rapid response needs.
