IMMEDIATE NEED/START WORK NOW 2 Openings | Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal | Dallas | $25-$35/hr LHH is partnering with a fast-paced, high-volume plaintiff personal injury firm in Dallas seeking two paralegals who can start ASAP. The team needs someone who can jump in immediately and support active litigation from day one. Benefits: Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (DOE) Eligible for LHH benefits (medical, dental, vision, life) at 32+ hours/week Paid parking provided Ongoing assignment with no end date Responsibilities: Handle plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement Support case development, including fact investigation and file organization Review, organize, and summarize medical records Draft pleadings, discovery, and correspondence Manage deadlines, calendaring, and court communications Assist with trial preparation and filings Support 1-2 attorneys with active caseloads Requirements: Must have plaintiff personal injury litigation experience (required) from a Texas law firm.
