Job Description As a Security Officer Experienced Unarmed Patrol in Raleigh, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, customers, and visitors. You will communicate professionally, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed07:00 AM - 03:00 PMThur07:00 AM - 03:00 PMFri07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, ATM locations, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: At least two years of security-related experience is required. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required. Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
