About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Business Operations and Strategy to join their executive team. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong background in transforming complex business operations and driving strategic growth. This role is pivotal in leading enterprise transformation initiatives, overseeing high-impact M&A integrations, and delivering measurable results to support the company's mission. The VP will spearhead strategic initiatives across various markets, brands, and functions, and will be responsible for seamless integrations, operational improvements, and innovative solutions. Collaboration with senior stakeholders is essential to unlock value and accelerate growth. Applicants for the VP position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 5-8 years' experience in management consulting, strategy and transformation, or high-intensity business environments. The role requires a proven ability to structure complex problems, influence senior stakeholders, and lead initiatives end-to-end. Experience in M&A integration, multi-unit operations, or platform environments is advantageous. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, strong executive communication, and the ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous settings. A passion for building and scaling innovative platforms, as well as a mindset of high ownership and impact, is also a key requirement.
