In this role, you will work alongside top Urologists, supporting patient positioning, imaging, equipment operation, lithotripsy procedures, and laser cases. Why Join Us? Autonomy and independence - no micromanagement Company-provided equipment and vehicle Accrue up to 15 days PTO to start + 8 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays 401(k) with up to 4% match Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid ARRT and license renewal support $3,000 referral bonus - bring your friends What You'll Do Become an ESWL expert with paid training Support lithotripsy and laser procedures in partner hospital and surgical settings Assist Urologists with patient positioning, imaging, and equipment operation Load, unload, and set up mobile lithotripsy equipment Safely operate and transport equipment using a Freightliner vehicle when needed Follow hospital protocols, HIPAA guidelines, and patient safety standards Communicate clearly with your partner tech, physicians, OR staff, and internal teams What We're Looking For ARRT-certified Radiologic Technologist with an active license Comfortable supporting both radiology and laser-related procedures Detail-oriented and tech-savvy Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working independently Valid driver's license required DOT prescreening/medical clearance required Must be local to or near the Phoenix, AZ area (or interested in relocating to this area) Your New Career Starts Here!
