Buckingham Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking Part Time Dietary Aides . Duties and Responsibilities of Dietary Aide :
Job Type: Full time and Part-Time
- Assists on tray line and food preparation as necessary.
- Stores food and supplies with proper labels for current and future use.
- Cleans and maintains assigned equipment and work areas, including walls and ceilings, ensuring sanitary conditions.
- Performs routine housekeeping tasks such as dishwashing, garbage disposal and sweeping or mopping.
- Follows procedures outlined in Dietary Management Systems pertaining to the handling of all foods.
- Performs all tasks and duties in an essential and safe way.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary.
- Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and facility needs.
- Dietary/Kitchen experience preferred but will train
