Overview Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavioral Technician Clinic-Based | Paid Training Provided Behavioral Innovations – Richardson Treatment Center Make a Difference. Build a Career. Behavioral Innovations is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Whether you’re new to ABA or already certified, we provide paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth and an opportunity to change lives! What You’ll Do Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months-10 years) Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision Collect and record behavioral data Support skill development, communication, and social interaction Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment Pay & Career Growth Hourly Pay: Entry Level: $15.00/hr RBT I-V: $16.00-$20.00/hr Senior RBT: $21.00/hr Future BCBA Career Path: ABA Intern - Lead RBT - ABA Apprentice - BCBA - Clinical Leadership What We’re Looking For Required: High school diploma or GED Reliable transportation to the clinic Strong communication and organizational skills Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified) Preferred: Active RBT certification Experience with children, autism, or developmental disabilities Backgrounds in childcare, education, behavioral health, or related fields Benefits Paid training & RBT certification support Medical, dental, vision & supplemental insurance 100% tuition reimbursement (path to BCBA) University partnerships & tuition discounts Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Supportive, mission-driven team environment About Behavioral Innovations For 25 years, we’ve been combining clinical excellence with a people-first approach - for our clients and our team.
