The Cell Therapy Account Manager serves as the primary contact for CAR T treatment sites, leading site‑specific account plans and coordinating resources to meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities Assess, cultivate, and manage customer relationships across stakeholders within assigned accounts to achieve commercial objectives for cellular therapy launches. Develop customized site‑specific account plans coordinating resource deployment to ensure a seamless and differentiated customer experience. Serve as the main point of contact for designated accounts and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to create a streamlined interface between stakeholders and field‑facing colleagues. Navigate complex account environments, understand stakeholder needs, and drive solutions that address those needs. Collaborate and communicate regularly with cross‑functional partners to support the referral of appropriate patients to treatment centers. Maintain and continuously develop disease‑ and product‑specific knowledge. Gain customer insights and provide timely feedback to cross‑functional partners and the Area Business Manager regarding account trends, therapeutic changes, performance, and risks. Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies governing cell therapy activities. Drive within the assigned territory by automobile and, where required, by airplane. Qualifications & Experience Required 7+ years of sales, marketing, or commercial experience, with 5+ years in Hematology/Oncology. Key account management experience in large, complex accounts, identifying influential stakeholders. Customer service orientation – quick responses, reliability, and excellent follow‑up. Ability to partner with leadership and key cross‑functional teams to implement account strategies. High technical expertise and business acumen. Strong analytical, consulting, and business planning skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, including effective presentation to diverse groups. Thorough understanding of U.S. compliance guidelines. Independent work style and up to 50% travel, with a valid driver’s license. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Qualifications & Experience Preferred Experience in hospital, academic, or community sales settings. Buy and bill reimbursement experience. Compensation and Benefits Field – United States – Salary range: $171,360 – $207,648. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available. Paid Time Off: Exempt employees enjoy flexible time off (unlimited with manager approval) and 11 paid national holidays.
