Registered Nurse - Case Management

Location: Margate, Florida

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Case Management unit. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative team, focused on providing exceptional care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate patient care throughout their hospital stay.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to assess patient needs and progress.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation using Meditech, Midas, and Wellsky.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current RN license in the state of Florida.
• Experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications are required.
