Job Description As an Autism Support Specialist / Behavior Technician (BT) with North Arrow ABA, you'll work directly with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them build communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills in a supportive and rewarding environment. • 18 - $23 per hour
• 500 bonus after training and 30 days of direct therapy work
