Compliance Manager

Job TitlePosition will probably last between 6 and 12 months at our client's location(s) in MA. With the ongoing wave of regulatory change and the numerous challenges facing their Retail Lending group, they have an immediate need to acquire a full time resource ASAP. The candidate will be familiar with all federal mortgage lending requirements including, but not limited to, Truth In Lending, RESPA, ECOA, SAFE Act, Fair Housing, Flood Insurance, Fair Credit Reporting and more. The candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills, teamwork and interpersonal skills. Position will be in Needham MA.RequirementsExperienced residential mortgage lending compliance professionalMinimum of 5-10 years experience as regulator, mortgage broker, lender or bank compliance officerFamiliar with all federal mortgage lending requirements including, but not limited to, Truth In Lending, RESPA, ECOA, SAFE Act, Fair Housing, Flood Insurance, Fair Credit Reporting and moreStrong written and verbal communication skills, teamwork and interpersonal skillsBachelor’s Degree in business administration, law or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
