Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Brown University is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join their well-established women's health team in Providence, RI. This role offers the opportunity to practice full-scope OB/GYN in a supportive environment with strong clinical resources and dedicated staff. The position includes excellent academic opportunities, such as teaching and mentorship, within Brown University. Practice Info Join 7 experienced OB/GYN physicians, full-time certified nurse midwives, 1 Gyn/Onc, 1 MFM, and 2 Hospitalists. The group sees over 1700 deliveries annually. The birthing center features eleven-room birthing center with spacious private rooms, labor support amenities including hydrotherapy tubs, lactation support services, Level II ultrasound, on-site radiology and advanced cervical screening, and a comprehensive postpartum support program. Responsibilities Practice full-scope OB/GYN. Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population. Manage call responsibilities. Teach residents and medical students at Brown University Health. Compensation Competitive Base Salary Range of $260,000-$300,000 + incentives up to $50,000 annually. Additional shift and call reimbursement available. Shift & Schedule Balanced schedule with a mix of obstetrics and gynecology (approximately 50/50). 4 clinic days per week. 0.5 day of dedicated OR time per week. 1 full day of protected administrative time. Call schedule: 1:8 rotation, 12 hours, except holidays. Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency. Eligible for Rhode Island medical licensure. H-1B and J1 visa sponsorship available.
