Title: Director of Spa & Wellness

Schedule: Full-Time
Our confidential client, a luxury hospitality and private club environment in Miami Beach, is seeking an experienced Director of Spa & Wellness to oversee all spa, wellness, and fitness operations. This individual will lead daily operations, elevate the member and guest experience, and maintain the highest standards of luxury service, wellness, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily spa, wellness, and fitness operations
• Lead, train, and motivate staff while maintaining luxury service standards
• Manage scheduling, payroll, budgeting, inventory, and retail operations
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, licensing, and health regulations
• Maintain facility presentation, cleanliness, and overall guest experience
• Monitor financial performance and drive revenue growth through wellness and retail initiatives
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and operational documentation
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of luxury spa and fitness management experience
• Experience within Forbes-rated, luxury hotel, resort, or private club environments
• Strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills
• Experience with luxury skincare, haircare, and wellness products
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree or industry certifications preferred
