Full-time Veterinary Receptionist (Care Coordinator) PetVet Care Centers' Brentwood Veterinary Clinic is currently seeking a Veterinary Receptionist (Care Coordinator) to join their team. Position Overview As a Care Coordinator, you will support a high-performing organization committed to delivering superior care and exceptional service. You will perform a range of administrative and customer service tasks, providing valuable support to the hospital. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service in-person, over the phone, and during high-stress situations. Manage lobby flow, address concerns, calm distressed owners, and schedule appointments. Handle basic medical emergencies for pets and owners, ensuring safety and well‑being. Assist with medication pickups, inquiries, and provide information about services and products. Input and manage data in practice management software, including billing and accounts. Assist with retail sales, weighing pets, processing faxes, and maintaining records. Reconcile cash drawer and perform end‑of‑day duties for accurate financial transactions. Qualifications Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Customer service experience. Veterinary medicine experience preferred. Schedule 4 weekdays from 7:30 AM‑6:00 PM and 1 Saturday per month from 7:30 AM‑1:00 PM. What We Offer Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
