FOOD SERVICE WORKER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

We are hiring immediately for full‑time and part‑time Food Service Worker positions. Location: Prairie Grove School District – 102 East Buchanan Street, Prairie Grove, AR 72753. (Online application only.) Schedule: Full‑time and part‑time schedules; Monday through Friday, hours may vary. More details provided during interview. Pay: $13.00 per hour. Referral Bonus: Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available. Prerequisite: Previous food service experience is preferred, but not required. Job Summary Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables. Weigh and measure designated ingredients. Carry pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards. Store food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures. Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils. Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment. Utilize approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control. Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service. Resolve customer concerns and relay relevant information to supervisor. Ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures. Assure compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements. Perform other duties as assigned.
