Bus Mtrcs/Analytics Analyst

MILLENNIUMSOFT

Roles & Responsibilities

Schedule outbound shipments from distribution centers, manufacturing plants, and sterilizers.
Manage inbound transportation routing and scheduling.
Balance customer needs with carrier partnerships and special shipment requirements.
Ensure shipments meet critical metrics like on-time delivery while optimizing costs.
Influence business activities across multiple functions, addressing diverse shipment requirements (e.g., temperature-controlled equipment).

Experience Required

2+ years of experience in transportation, supply chain, or related fields (5 years preferred).
Preferred experience in SAP, JDE, and Blue Yonder.
Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or FDA-regulated industries is a plus.

Skills & Certifications

Excel data analysis.
Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines across multiple tasks.
SAP and/or JDE experience preferred.

Eligibilities & qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent education and experience.
2+ years of experience in transportation or supply chain, with preferred experience in regulated industries.
