Fun, supportive, and inclusive team culture What You’ll Do Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed Lift and carry items (up to [insert weight, e.g., 30-50 lbs]) and stand for extended periods What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required - we provide training! Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and grow with the team Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays The Company may require a background check as part of the hiring process, and continued employment is contingent upon satisfactory results in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This position operates in a fast‑paced restaurant environment and may involve exposure to hot equipment, kitchen hazards, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift, including the ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
