Dental Front Office Receptionist
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Front Office Receptionist to join our growing dental team. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent customer service while helping create a positive patient experience from the moment patients walk through the door.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently
- Verify dental insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients
- Manage patient charts, treatment plans, and correspondence
- Collect payments and review financial arrangements
- Confirm appointments and maintain schedule flow
- Assist with insurance claims, pre-authorizations, and billing follow-up
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
- Support the clinical team with daily office coordination
Qualifications
- Previous dental front office experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination
- Experience with dental software such as Open Dental but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
- Spanish speaking a plus
