Dental Front Office Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Front Office Receptionist to join our growing dental team. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent customer service while helping create a positive patient experience from the moment patients walk through the door.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently
• Verify dental insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients
• Manage patient charts, treatment plans, and correspondence
• Collect payments and review financial arrangements
• Confirm appointments and maintain schedule flow
• Assist with insurance claims, pre-authorizations, and billing follow-up
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
• Support the clinical team with daily office coordination

Qualifications

• Previous dental front office experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination
• Experience with dental software such as Open Dental but not required 
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
• Spanish speaking a plus
