Responsibilities of the Job: Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC/R systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration systems Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system performance and safety compliance Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Repair or replace electrical and mechanical components as needed Perform plumbing‑related HVAC tasks including pipe fitting, drainage, and water connections Use diagnostic tools (including electrical testing equipment) to identify and resolve issues Assist with system upgrades, modifications, and equipment improvements Maintain accurate service records and complete job documentation Deliver high-quality customer service and communicate solutions clearly Work independently while collaborating with dispatch and team members Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all safety protocols and company standards Qualifications for the Job: Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC/R systems, including refrigeration and boilers Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and system layouts Experience with electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting Familiarity with plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems Experience using diagnostic tools and equipment Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record EPA certification preferred or strong preference to obtain What We Offer: Competitive compensation based on experience 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Health savings account Life insurance Employee assistance program Paid time off and paid holidays Performance bonus opportunities Supportive leadership and collaborative team environment Long‑term career growth with a respected industry leader Seider Heating, Electrical and Plumbing is an equal opportunity employer.
