Our client in Maryland is seeking a dedicated Optometrist for a 60-day assignment starting Nov 2, 2026. This role involves 8-hour shifts focusing on comprehensive medical optometry. Responsibilities include conducting preliminary evaluations for surgical candidacy, managing glaucoma and cataracts, performing post-operative assessments, treating dry eye conditions, conducting follow-up appointments, and prescribing necessary medications. Technicians will handle refractions, with the Optometrist providing final sign-off.
