What you'll do

• Teach parent-child, Pre-K, and/or grade school gymnastics classes (ages 4 months–12 years), so you’ll get variety
• Run birthday parties from start to finish and give families a truly magical experience
• Welcome members like family and build lasting relationships with them
• Keep our space safe and clean
• Work with a fun team of instructors

What we expect from you

• Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don't worry, we'll teach you how!)
• Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility and make sure they have a truly magical experience!
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• Be ready to LEAD. We will make a positive impact on the growth and development of the children and families of our community! But we also make a difference in the lives of our teammates! Many of the leaders in our company started in this position and have enjoyed the opportunities for upward mobility.

You'll Thrive Here If

• Bring infectious energy and enthusiasm
• Are warm, patient, and encouraging, and keep things fun and professional
• Are reliable and take pride in your work
• Love being active (bring on those activity rings and fitness trackers!)
• Have a background in early childhood development, physical education, sports, cheer, or gymnastics (a plus, not required)

Why you’ll love it here

• Shape young lives through movement, learning, and play
• Competitive pay and flexible scheduling that works with your life
• Paid training with our proven curriculum (no gymnastics experience needed)
• A supportive, fun-loving team where we want the best for each other
• Real room to grow. Many of our leaders started in this role.
• You’ll never have a boring day. One minute you’re a dinosaur, the next you’re helping a child land their first cartwheel.
