Family Nurse Practitioner

Fast Pace Health seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver high‑quality primary and urgent care to patients across the lifespan in our rural, community‑focused clinics. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, perform clinical procedures, and provide education that empowers patients to manage their health. Working in our collaborative, patient‑centered culture, you’ll partner with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, leverage EHR systems, and contribute to continuous quality improvement. This position offers professional growth, competitive benefits, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in underserved communities throughout the southeastern U.S. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care to patients across the lifespan in a clinic setting Perform detailed history, physical exams, and develop differential diagnoses and treatment plans Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests including labs and imaging Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and COPD per evidence‑based guidelines Perform common urgent‑care procedures (e.g., suturing, splinting, wound care) as credentialed Prescribe medications and adjust therapies in accordance with state and federal regulations Educate patients and families on disease prevention, wellness, and treatment plans Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and behavioral health providers to coordinate care Document all encounters accurately and timely within the EHR system Participate in quality improvement, clinical protocols, and community outreach initiatives Primary care assessment Family practice medicine Urgent care procedures Chronic disease management Electronic Health Records (EHR) Patient and family education Diagnostic interpretation (labs/imaging) Evidence‑based practice Care coordination Prescribing and medication management Qualifications Current, unrestricted RN license Current, unrestricted state Nurse Practitioner license National FNP certification (AANP or ANCC) Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited program Prescriptive authority as required by state law Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred Eligibility for DEA registration Experience with EHR systems Immunization and credentialing requirements as per organizational policy Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k #J-18808-Ljbffr
