Licensed Marriage & Family TherapistPosition Type: Full-Time Location: Mississippi Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMJob SummaryWe are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide structured outpatient therapy through a secure telehealth platform. This role focuses on helping individuals, couples, and families address behavioral, emotional, and relational challenges. You will manage your own caseload, deliver evidence-based treatment, and support measurable client progress through consistent clinical care.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and familiesComplete clinical assessments and develop treatment plansMaintain accurate and timely progress notes and documentationFollow ethical standards, licensing regulations, and telehealth guidelines
