Senior Proposal Manager Join our dynamic team as a Senior Proposal Manager, working remotely full-time. This role involves leading complex proposal responses from start to finish, ensuring compliance and quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams using various technology platforms to deliver high-quality proposals on time. Pay Range: $100,000-$130,000 Per Year Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of RFx opportunities from intake to submission. Develop proposal plans, schedules, and track deliverables to ensure timely submissions. Manage centralized content and inputs using collaborative technology platforms. Ensure proposals comply with instructions and evaluation criteria, maintaining quality and brand standards. Coordinate cross-functional inputs to create accurate and responsive proposals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, English, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree a plus. 7 years of experience in proposal or RFx management with a proven track record. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization. Strong understanding of RFx compliance requirements across various sectors.
