Job Description Job Description Job Title: Compounder Location: East Hanover, NJ Pay: $25.54/hr (training) $28.60/hr (shift differential) Schedule Training: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday (7:00am–3:30pm) for 4–6 weeks Permanent: 3rd Shift, Sunday night-Thursday night (11:00pm–7:30am) Overview Seeking a reliable Compounder to support production by mixing and processing materials according to formulas and quality standards in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Follow formulas and instructions to mix, heat/cool, and process batches Inspect materials for quality (color, odor, etc.) and report issues Filter, sample, and handle materials as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with GMP and OSHA standards Complete production records and assist with inventory/material handling Qualifications Manufacturing or compounding experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Comfortable working overnight shifts Ability to work safely and maintain accurate records Great opportunity to join a stable team with competitive pay and shift differential.
