Procurement Project Manager

Job Summary/Company :

Sparks Group has partnered with a leading aviation manufacturer to find a Procurement Project Manager. As the Procurement Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating procurement and project management activities across cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of project management experience as well as a PMP certification, and knowledge of the procurement process. Responsibilities :

• Drive the full lifecycle of multiple programs and products, ensuring all quality, delivery schedule, and P&L objectives are met.
• Coordinate with global and local stakeholders to develop customer-facing strategies and resolve complex priority conflicts.
• Design and maintain comprehensive project reports to provide data-driven insights, risk assessments, and opportunity identification for the management team.
• Act as a subject matter expert to drive compliance, resolve tool blockages, and champion the deployment of best practices across the procurement community.
• Proactively manage project interdependencies and escalate critical issues to senior leadership to ensure uninterrupted operational progress.

Qualifications/Background Profile :

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Project Management or related function
• A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (MS preferred) or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PMP certification
• Knowledge of procurement process
• Experience in SAP, Coupa, Qlik Sense, Tableau and Leaner Business Improvement Projects (LBIP+)
• Knowledge of Risk Management & Business Case Analysis & TCO Approach.
• Must possess subject matter expertise over the procurement tools and processes.
