Receiving Operations Coordinator

We're seeking a Receiving Operations Coordinator to join our manufacturing client in Maple Grove. This is a great opportunity for someone with receiving and forklift experience who takes pride in accuracy, communication, and delivering exceptional support across multiple departments.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Location: Maple Grove, MN

What You'll Be Doing

• Receive and verify incoming shipments for accuracy
• Review packing slips, manifests, and delivery documentation
• Enter receiving transactions into the ERP system and maintain electronic records
• Communicate with purchasing, accounting, and warehouse teams regarding deliveries, damages, shortages, and discrepancies
• Assist with inventory control activities, including cycle counts
• Process stock transfers and returned materials
• Interact professionally with delivery drivers and vendors
• Support material movement and warehouse operations as needed
• Help maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of receiving experience
• Experience operating sit down and stand up forklifts
• High school diploma
• SAP experience
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and sound judgement
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Team oriented mindset with a willingness to support the broader operation
