Join FlexCare's innovative team delivering IV therapy to patients with neurological, rheumatologic, gastroenterological, and immunological conditions.*** This opportunity will work on-site at our FlexCare Infusion Center in Gilbert, Chandler or Casa Grande, AZ. Schedule for this position will be a minimum of 8 hours a week or a minimum of four 8 hour shifts a month, within the Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm center schedule***Primary Responsibilities:Provide direct IV care for pediatric and adult patientsPrepare and administer sterile medications per protocolMonitor and respond to infusion reactions under NP supervisionCommunicate with providers and document clinical assessmentsSupport order entry, lab review, and protocol updatesEnsure accurate, timely documentation and participate in quality assuranceYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:ASN, BSN or MSN DegreeActive RN license in ArizonaBLS and/or CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hireAdditional licensure and/or ONS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days3+ years of infusion experience; solid IV skills essentialFlexibility for on-call supportPreferred Qualifications:Pediatric experiencePay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $29.00 to $52.00 per hour based on full-time employment.
