From daily cleaning of apartment homes, office spaces, and other areas on the property, the Community Housekeeper sets the standard for excellence in our apartment homes. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• General Cleaning tasks for vacant and model units, as well as office space and other areas on the property
• Performs general housekeeping duties in apartment homes for turnarounds, such as: vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting all cleared flat surfaces.
• Performs general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor.
• Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by the supervisor.
• Always maintains resident confidentiality.

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
