Founded in 2002, BackFit is a premier multi-specialty integrative health organization with 10 locations across the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. We specialize in physical medicine, chiropractic care, physical therapy, and non-prescriptive medical pain management.

To provide an even more holistic and comprehensive healing experience for our patients, we are expanding our service offerings and looking for passionate, exercise therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

Core Qualifications

• Patient-Centric & Approachable: Maintain a warm, cheerful demeanor while proactively anticipating and addressing patient needs to ensure a positive clinic experience.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excel at building rapport with patients, clearly explaining procedures, and educating individuals on recommended services and products.
• Organization & Attention to Detail: Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous approach to managing patient records, tracking referrals, and maintaining clinic safety.
• Industry Knowledge: Bring a strong, foundational understanding of chiropractic care and therapy environments.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Clinic Operations & Flexibility: Provide reliable coverage across both East Valley and West Valley clinics as needed, stepping in to support various departments and daily workflows.
• Therapy Floor Supervision: Oversee therapy floor activities, guide patients safely through prescribed exercises, and maintain a secure environment at all times.
• Patient Intake & Care: Obtain accurate vital signs, collect thorough medical histories, and closely monitor patient safety throughout their visit.
• Medical Equipment Management: Expertly dispense and fit durable medical equipment, ensuring patients understand proper usage.
• Patient Education & Advocacy: Educate patients on ongoing care plans, recommend relevant clinic services, and introduce supportive health products.
• Administrative Support: Efficiently manage patient records, conduct follow-up calls, and track and process referrals to ensure continuity of care.
