Operations Manager

Christy Media Solutions is recruiting an Operations Manager on behalf of our client, a US-based distributor of professional AV and audio products.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of warehouse, inventory, facilities and logistics operations across multiple US locations, with a particular focus on NY, PA and CA facilities.

Our client is looking for someone who can do more than manage existing operations. They need a proactive leader who can introduce structure, improve processes and help develop digital operational systems from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse, facilities and logistics operations across multiple sites.
• Improve inventory management, stock control and operational visibility.
• Develop and implement consistent warehouse procedures across locations.
• Lead initiatives to introduce digital warehouse and inventory management processes.
• Manage receiving, storage, dispatch and transportation activities.
• Supervise and support warehouse teams, driving operational efficiency.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers and external vendors.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve performance and reduce costs.

What We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have experience in:

• Warehouse operations management, ideally across multiple locations.
• Inventory management, distribution and logistics.
• Developing and implementing operational processes and improvements.
• Introducing digital systems and transitioning away from manual processes.
• Leading, managing and training warehouse teams.
• Creating operational consistency across multiple facilities.
• Working within professional AV, audio, video or other technical product distribution environments would be advantageous.
