Job Details:

• Seeking 3-4 locum CRNAs for long-term assignments with a 6-month minimum commitment
• Monday through Friday coverage needed, with particular need for providers willing to cover Mondays and Fridays for the entire shift duration
• Shift options include 12-hour and 10-hour shifts for OR coverage, and 8-hour shifts for GI Specialty Center coverage
• Shift assignments are scheduled up to one year in advance; shift length may depend on how far in advance the provider claims and confirms their schedule
• Providers will receive a notification the night before their shift indicating which location to report to
• Must be available to cover all three facility locations as credentialing will occur across all sites
• Holiday coverage availability is preferred
• Flexibility with 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts is strongly preferred
• Must have a minimum of 200 cases completed within the last 12 months to meet credentialing requirements
• No new graduates will be considered
• Prefer candidates with a clear background and no malpractice history
• Providers must provide a minimum of 30 days notice if they no longer plan to work or if there are any availability changes that may impact future coverage
