PTA

South Pacific Rehab Services seeks a licensed PTA to provide hands-on physical therapy interventions in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings across Hawaii. Working under the direction of a PT, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility to maximize independence and quality of life. You will document progress, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, educate patients and families, and support discharge planning in a respectful, patient-centered environment with strong mentorship and growth opportunities.
