Job Opportunity: Family Medicine - Minor Injury Clinic

Our organization is actively looking for a talented Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine physician to join our Minor Injury Clinic located in South San Francisco, Northern California. This is a full-time position with an annual salary range of $320,100 to $330,000 . We also offer the possibility of reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation.

In addition, there are various incentive opportunities based on geographic location and experience, which may include potential premium pay of $49,170 .

Key Responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical care for a variety of non-life-threatening conditions in both pediatric (ages 2 months and older) and adult patients.
• Recognize when higher-level or emergency department care is necessary.
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers (APPs), overseeing their patient care and supporting their clinical growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Room settings.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver team-based care for acute patient needs.
