Our comprehensive offerings include pre- and post-construction design engineering, site evaluations, and infrastructure optimization to reduce operational expenses and maximize capital efficiency. We ensure transparent collaboration through all project phases, from assessment and planning to execution, maintaining a solid focus on cohesion, accuracy, and adherence to schedule and budget. Our expertise spans electrical, mechanical, structural, and civil engineering, commissioning, acceptance testing, and construction management, making us the client engineer of choice for data center design services.

What are skills that would be helpful to your success as an intern? 

• Graduating with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an ABET- accredited school in one of our listed preferred majors.
• Preferred grad date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Available to start on an agreed upon date between May 2027 and June 2027.
• Preferred Courses: Circuit Analysis (could be called Circuits I, Circuits II, Intro to Circuits, etc.), Power Systems (could be called Electric Power, Electric Machines, Power Systems, Power Engineering, etc.), and Control Systems.
• A solid working foundation with your major’s core concepts. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite. 
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills. 
• Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams. 
• Ability to effectively problem solve. 
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
• Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns.
• Must be able to work outside.
• Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings.

Interview and Employment Requirements: 

• Completion of pre interview assessments.
• College transcript submitted for anyone under 1 year of experience post-graduation. 
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client-specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) checks according to company and client policies.
