Residents enjoy access to amenities including a fitness center, pool, pub, theater, and gourmet dining.We are currently hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Nursing team and provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our community.Wage: $36.00-$43.93Schedule: Part-Time Days 0.6 FTE (48hrs per pay period) 6:30am-3:00pmWhat You’ll DoAdminister medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocolsAssess residents’ physical, mental, and emotional health needs and adjust care plans accordinglyDevelop and implement individualized care plans to support long-term resident needsSupervise and support caregiving staff, ensuring care strategies are consistently followedAdvocate for residents’ best interests while educating families, caregivers, and residents on care plansCollaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare providers to coordinate care and servicesMonitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes promptly to providers and familiesEnsure nursing documentation is accurate and timely within EMR systemsParticipate in infection control, quality assurance, and compliance initiativesFoster a supportive, resident-centered care environment that promotes dignity and well-beingWhat We’re Looking ForActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Minnesota Board of NursingCertification in CPR and First AidAbility to work in federally funded healthcare programsStrong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within an interdisciplinary teamPreferred: Experience in long-term care, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursingPreferred: Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systemsPreferred: Experience with geriatric care and chronic disease management"At Episcopal Homes of Minnesota, we value a diverse, inclusive workforce and we provide equal employment opportunity for all applicants and employees.
