Hours/week: Approximately 36 hours

Licenses/Certifications: RN license, BLS, PALS, ACLS, CPI (within 12 months)

Experience: 2+ years in specialty required

Hourly Pay Rate: $54.31

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process.
• Assess patient needs and implement effective teaching strategies for patients and families.
• Communicate with and delegate responsibilities to nursing team members and multidisciplinary colleagues.
• Utilize data and clinical knowledge to evaluate and improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards.
• Support unit and department goals through collaboration and professional accountability.
• Perform additional duties as needed to ensure patient safety and care excellence.

What You Need

Required:

• Current RN license in the state of practice
• BLS, PALS, ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• CPI certification (within the past 12 months)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical/surgical setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Additional certifications in specialized clinical areas
