Cleanroom Pharmacy Technician -full time

Job Description We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our unique pharmacy! You will assist in the preparation of medications under the direction of a pharmacist -- more than putting pills in a bottle, we make things from scratch! Responsibilities: Sterile lab duties: cleaning, prepping sterile products, handling syringes and sterile prescriptions Customer service for walk in patients and over the phone Prepare, process and end-package medications Measure dosage of medications, according to prescription orders Process prescriptions using computer software Label and record dosage information Monitor storage and inventory of medications and supplies Qualifications: PTCB certification recommended, but not necessary Must have previous experience in pharmacy - including Georgia Board of Pharmacy Registration Must have sterile pharmacy experience Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Company Description We are dedicated to making individualized prescription medications for humans and pets in an independent retail pharmacy that customizes each order. #J-18808-Ljbffr Coastal Compounding Pharmacy
