We’re looking for a  Bridal Shop Manager who is equal parts  people leader, sales leader, and organized operator . Someone who can build a positive, high-performing team, rally them around a shared goal, and take ownership of both the business and the bride experience.

This is a hands-on retail leadership role. You’ll be on the floor with your team—taking appointments, coaching in the moment, solving problems, celebrating wins, and stepping in wherever needed. At the same time, you'll oversee the details behind the scenes that keep the shop, team, and every bride's order moving forward.

What You’ll Own

• Your Team
• Lead, coach, train, and develop a team of bridal stylists. Set clear expectations, provide consistent feedback, celebrate wins, and create accountability when expectations aren't being met. You'll help build a team that works hard, supports one another, and genuinely enjoys working together.
• Sales & Shop Performance
• Lead your team toward its overall shop sales goal while coaching individual performance in a commission-based environment. Understand your business, review sales performance and KPIs, identify opportunities, and turn what you're seeing into actionable coaching for your team.
• The Bride Experience
• Ensure every bride receives a  white-glove bridal experience from her first contact with Lovely Bride through receiving her gown . You'll set the standard for appointments, communication, follow-up, problem-solving, and the small details that make our brides feel cared for.
• We also want our brides to have fun. Bridal shopping is a big life moment, and we want a manager who encourages their team to bring personality, creativity, warmth, and celebration into the experience rather than simply following a script.
• Bride Orders & Operations
• Oversee bride orders and ensure important details, communication, documentation, timelines, and follow-up are handled accurately and on time. Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop, including appointment flow, scheduling, inventory, gown maintenance, merchandising, and overall shop presentation.
• Training & Development
• Own ongoing team training—from designers, gowns, fabrics and fit to sales skills, client experience, shop processes, and operational standards. Recognize where your team needs support and proactively create opportunities to help them improve.
• Designer & Partner Relationships
• Build strong working relationships with our designers and partners. Communicate confidently regarding bride orders, gown questions, customizations, timelines, inventory, and other shop needs while representing Lovely Bride professionally.
• Communication & Problem-Solving
• Stay ahead of issues rather than waiting for them to become problems. Communicate proactively with your team and Lovely Bride leadership about sales, staffing, bride concerns, orders, inventory, and anything requiring additional support or approval.

What We’re Looking For

Retail experience is required. We’re looking for someone who understands the pace, responsibility, customer service, and sales expectations of a retail environment.

Previous  management or team leadership experience is strongly preferred , particularly within a sales-driven environment.

Bridal experience is ideal, but not required. Experience in luxury retail, fashion, styling, hospitality, or another high-touch sales environment can translate well to this role.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is  focused, organized, people-minded, sales-driven, creative, and ready to take real ownership of their team and their shop.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time, Wednesday–Sunday schedule
• Base salary + commission with potential performance-based bonuses
• Weekend availability is required

A successful Lovely Bride Manager understands that  taking care of the business and taking care of your people go hand in hand.

They know where their shop stands against its goals and how to rally their team around achieving them. They know where each stylist is excelling and where they need coaching. They know which brides need follow-up, what's happening with bride orders, and what needs attention within the shop.

They create structure without micromanaging, accountability without losing empathy, and a sales culture where people want to succeed for themselves  and for their team .

And they help make the shop a place people want to be. They celebrate wins, encourage creativity, bring energy to the floor, and remind their team that while we have ambitious goals and high standards,  we also have a really fun job.
