Retail Display Installer - Electronics - Part Time

Overview Part‑time Retail Merchandiser position in Gastonia, NC 28056 and surrounding area. Employment Type: Part-Time. Location: NC - GASTONIA. Responsibilities Conduct store visits and complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory. Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays. Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel. Schedule up to 20 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; no weekends or evenings. Potential for additional hours when covering larger regions or traveling. Submit same‑day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit. Benefits Compensation: $17.00 per hour, starting projects. W2 employment with bi‑weekly pay schedule and direct deposit. Optional 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match. Travel reimbursement for store‑to‑store drive time and mileage assistance. Paid training to prepare you for program success. Accrue PTO hours every week you work. Qualifications Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable. Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory. Attention to detail: Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams. Independence and teamwork: Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed. Tech‑ready: Internet access, basic hand‑held tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update; laptop/desktop access is a plus. Travel ability: Must have driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and be required to use vehicle for job responsibilities.
