Memory Care Coordinator - Senior Living

What You’ll Do: • Lead daily operations of the reminiscence neighborhood in compliance with regulations and Sunrise standards • Champion the designated care manager model and Life Skills programming • Develop and facilitate dementia-appropriate activities that create purposeful, pleasant days • Partner with clinical leadership to ensure ISPs, safety, hydration and care needs are met • Support families through meetings, education and monthly support groups • Monitor quality indicators including weight management, behaviors and medication oversight • Manage staffing, scheduling, training and performance management • Oversee department budget and financial performance • Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management standards Reminiscence Coordinator – Lead Compassionate Memory Care and Meaningful Resident Engagement Memory Care Coordinator | Dementia Care | Alzheimer’s Care | Senior Living | Life Enrichment | Resident EngagementPay Range:63,024.00 - 84,136.00Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
