Senior Care Assistant – Marble Falls, TX

Always Best Care Boerne is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide high-quality in-home care for seniors in the Marble Falls, TX area. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will help clients maintain their independence, comfort, safety, and quality of life by assisting with daily activities and providing meaningful companionship.

$14–$18/hour, depending on the client assignment

• VA Client Assignments: $18/hour

• Private Pay/Non-VA Assignments: $14–$16/hour

Pay rate is determined by the type of client assignment and applicable shift.Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Provide mobility and transfer assistance while prioritizing client safety and comfort

• Provide medication reminders as directed

• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Document care provided and report changes in the client's condition to the supervising team

• Encourage appropriate recreational activities and social engagement

• Follow all care plans, safety procedures, and company policies

• Promote the client's dignity, independence, and overall well-being

• Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per month

• Willing to use our integrated platform for documentation and time tracking

• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required; training is provided

• Passionate about helping seniors and making a positive difference in their lives

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to meet the physical demands of caregiving, including lifting and mobility assistance

• Dependable, patient, empathetic, and trustworthy

• Able to maintain confidentiality and follow instructions

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Valid driver's license required

• Reliable transportation required

• 3 professional references

• Must pass a background check and drug screen
