Account Representative

Account Representative – Ryerson We are seeking a motivated Account Representative to deliver outstanding customer support and drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction. Roles and Responsibilities Process customer orders, make sales calls, and establish relationships with customers. Build territory/account approach and monitor resources. Collaborate with various departments to execute account development plans. Prioritize concurrent customer demands and provide satisfactory service to all. Balance concurrent assistance requests from internal and external customers for customer service issues. Complete tasks with speed and accuracy. Other duties as assigned; responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, sales and marketing, economics, or related fields. 1-3 years of sales or related experience. Experience in the metal industry is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word). SAP experience is a plus. Excellent professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Positive attitude, competitive, goal‑oriented, driven with a passion to excel.
