Job Summary We are seeking a professional and motivated Call Center Representative to communicate with customers, answer questions, and provide helpful information about products and services. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with people, listens carefully to customer needs, and is eager to develop strong communication and customer relationship skills. Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally. Answer questions and provide clear information about products and services. Listen to customer needs and identify appropriate solutions. Assist customers with routine questions and concerns. Communicate relevant promotions and service information. Follow up with customers to provide additional assistance when needed. Identify customer interests and potential opportunities for additional products or services. Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and activities. Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate team member. Collaborate with team members to meet customer service objectives. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Professional and customer-focused attitude. Comfortable communicating with customers by phone. Strong problem-solving abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous call center, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
