Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Utilize technology effectively to enhance patient outcomes
• Deliver nursing care using evidence-based practices

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
• Current BLS certification
• Associates, Diploma, or Bachelors in Nursing (Bachelors preferred)
• Experience in direct patient care preferred
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English, with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergencies with composure
• Strong time management and critical thinking skills
