As our Floater Teller, you'll split your time across all four branches. That means no two days look the same, you'll build relationships with members and teammates all over Cincinnati, and you'll pick up new skills faster by learning how different teams operate. It's a great fit if you like variety, adapt quickly, and enjoy being the person every branch is glad to see walk in.

What You'll Do:

• Greet members and handle transactions with speed and accuracy
• Listen to what members need and recommend the right solutions
• Resolve concerns with patience, empathy, and a calm attitude
• Balance your transactions and keep accurate records
• Collaborate with teammates across branches and departments
• Adjust smoothly to each branch's rhythm and team

What We're Looking For:

• Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or similar welcome)
• Comfort with basic computers and technology
• A natural communicator who enjoys working with people
• Reliable transportation to travel between branches
• Cash handling experience is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, generally between 8:15 AM and 5:45 PM, with your branch assignment set based on staffing needs. You'll also work about two Saturdays a month until 1:30 PM. Mileage between branches is reimbursed.
