Post Physician Office Assistant I
Responsible for routine sorting, filing, scanning and processing of patient-related documents and task-related items in accordance with established procedures; ensures proper maintenance of electronic health records. Follow established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective clerical support to an office; Interacts and responds to provider, staff and customer needs both internal and external by routing messages, photocopying, faxing and communicating as directed.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED. Proficiency with standard office equipment. Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions. Excellent organizational skills. Mature, professional behavior. Computer skills. Employment status must be casual. No other status can be held. Ability to travel as necessary between job sites/assignments, within 30 minutes of home address.
